You just cannot compare Nespresso to any other (cheaper) brand. Forget about the other brands. Get this one.

I have the machine and the milk frother. I have had success every single time and it makes me smile each time as it is such a wonderful experience. I am picky about my whole coffee experience. I make my friends happy when they come over. They say "oh - don't go to any trouble" but then they see how it takes less than 1 minute to make a cappucino. Plug the machine in and turn it on, then wait about 20 seconds then the coffee itself takes approximately 30 seconds to come through. It's all totally foolproof. Dead easy to clean. I have tried many different coffee flavours and love them all. I especially like the stronger ones with a strength of 7-10. I have never been disappointed with anything and neither will you. In the beginning I gasped a little when I realised how expensive the coffee pods are (approx 70c each when you calculate shipping and handling) BUT do you want 1st class coffee every single time? And how much more is it to go and get yourself a Starbucks coffee?? You can have so many wonderful coffee mornings with your friends and they will be completely satisfied. I am moving to England soon and want to take my Nespresso with me but wonder how well it will do when hooked up to a transformer. I may just have to sell this one (anyone interested?) and buy the equivalent in England. I will never be without my Nespresso. It's a MUST HAVE. Totally worth it.

Listen, I'm not going to tell you this is as great as the machines at Starbucks (or that cute barista you fancy). That said, it's about 75 percent of that espresso experience (but about 6 percent of that holier-than-thou, hipster, check-out-the-cuties experience, unless you really, really admire yourself or just love being alive in the morning). That said, if you are looking for a quick espresso fix, this is the machine for you. No fuss, easy clean-up and while you don't get the *ahem* ambiance, you save yourself a ton of cash in the long run.



Word of caution: the taste of the different varieties of Nespresso capsules vary, though perhaps for the good. Just know that you may need to experiment a bit to find that caffeine fix that best suits your maniacal ways.

I just received my Nespresso C100 and Aeroccino Milk Frother via UPS about half an hour ago and have already finished my second amazing cappuccino. It is so easy to use. My milk and espresso were plenty hot and delicious! The foam was amazing! I love it already! I have owned several other cappuccino makers but would only use them for a couple of weeks and then go back to Starbucks. This is so easy to use, I am done making my drink before I could even get out to the car to go to Starbucks. Clean-up is super easy too. If you are on the fence get it, it is really worth the money.
