This is the best coffee maker I have ever purchased. It is easy to operated and brews the perfect coffee in a very short time.
I can easly secedule the coffee maker to have my coffee ready in the morning. The controls are right up front and easy to understand. Pervious coffee makers the controls were well hidden on the side and not at all easy to use. The craft keeps the coffee at perfect drinking temperature for hours on end. It is quiet, efficient, and a pleasure to own.

The coffee is good and it's easy to set, but my coffee doesn't stay hot in the thermal carafe. The first cup is just right, then 2 hours later the last one is lukewarm. I don't care for super-hot coffee, and this is definitely not hot. I thought this would be a great solution because I needed a new coffee maker and I tend to let my coffee sit on the burner for 3 hours, but it's not. Also, the Krups coffee makers allow you to turn off the beeping sound (scares my dog). I wish I could turn the sound off.

Researched many days for a decent coffee maker and found this one. I really like the look of it. I have been using it for over a month and it works great. Does everything it's suppose to. Some of the negatives that I read about this coffee maker is the reservoir for the water is too small which it is kind of small but I use water bottles to pour my water and it's fine, the coffee pours out too slow, it does but big deal, I can live with it. Coffee usually stays hot for about 6 hours. So far, it's a great coffee maker and I would recommend it.
